FLAT FEE Tier Program

The fee is reflected only on the listing side commission and is based on the sales price. This system will save you thousands of dollars. The selling agent shall still receive their commission for representing the buyer. Below is a menu of suggestions.

LISTING AGENT - FLAT FEE TIERED OPTION:

  • Under $400,000 negotiable
  • $400,001 to $500,000 is flat fee of $9,000 (save $3,000 to $6,000)
  • $500,001 to $600,000 is flat fee of $10,000 (save $5,000 to $8,000)
  • $600,001 to $700,000 is flat fee of $12,000 (save $6,000 to $9,000)
  • $700,001 to $800,000 is flat fee of $14,000 (save $7,000 to $10,000)
  • $800,001 to $900,000 is flat fee of $16,000 (save $8,000 to $11,000)
  • $900,001 to $1,000,000 is flat fee of $18,000 (save $9,000 to $12,000)
  • $1,000,001 to $1,100,000 is flat fee of $20,000 (save $10,000 to $13,000)
  • $1,100,001 and $1,200,000 is flat fee of $22,000 (save $11,000 to $14,000)
  • All additional pricing above $1,200,001 is negotiable

SELLING AGENT COMPENSATION

  • 2% commission will receive 70% agent participation
  • 2.25% commission will receive 80% agent participation
  • 2.50% commission will receive 90% agent participation
  • 2.75% commission will receive 95% agent participation
  • 3% commission will receive 100% agent participation

Conditions for Flat Fee:

  • Property must be placed within 1% of Fair Market Value 
  • Seller must allow 3 open houses a week for maximum marketing exposure.
